If I am not a customer, but am interested in initiating a free trial, what can I do?
You must be a CrowdStrike customer or in an active trial of the required Falcon module to trial a given third-party partner app. Visit the Falcon Free Trial page for a trial of Falcon Prevent or contact us for additional help.
How do I purchase the partner apps from the CrowdStrike Store?
To purchase a partner app that you have tried, contact your partner sales representative or contact the CrowdStrike Store sales team with the request. If you have not tried the app, reach out to the CrowdStrike Store sales team. They will be in touch within 48 hours to support your purchase.
Are trials of third-party apps available within the CrowdStrike Store?
Yes, the CrowdStrike Store offers free trials of third-party apps and each trial period depends on the partner and technology requirements. Depending on the use case, a 15-day, 30-day or 90-day trial period may be offered. To begin an immediate free trial of an app, you must be an existing CrowdStrike customer. If you are new to CrowdStrike, easily request more information by filling out the form from the app’s page.
Can I purchase the apps listed on the CrowdStrike Store?
If you are a customer, you can click on the “Try It Now” button to be sent to the CrowdStrike Store to initiate the trial request. If you are not a CrowdStrike customer and would like to buy a third-party app, fill out the form with your details and the CrowdStrike Store team will contact you within 48 hours. For partner integrations, fill out the contact form with your details and a sales team member will reach out to you.
